The project stages

Product scope
Define the product, intended use, versions, target countries and the roles of the parties.

Requirements
Identify the applicable legislation, relevant standards and conformity-assessment route.

Evidence review
Check supplier reports and documentation against the actual product and its configuration.
- 04
Gap analysis
Record missing evidence, inconsistencies and required corrective actions with clear responsibilities.
- 05
Manufacturer communication
Contact the manufacturer directly, explain requirements, request evidence and review responses. Included in every full package.
- 06
Risk assessment
Prepare or update the product-specific risk assessment and identify necessary risk-reduction measures.
- 07
Testing coordination
Define missing test evidence, coordinate approved laboratory or specialist work and review results.
- 08
Documentation
Organise the technical file, review and correct agreed instructions and labels, and prepare a declaration draft where applicable.
- 09
Final review
Verify the agreed evidence and action status and hand over the final documentation and any remaining conditions.
How a project is completed
We issue a positive final assessment only when the evidence and corrective actions required within the agreed scope have been satisfactorily verified. Missing tests and unresolved safety issues remain open. A document review does not replace a physical test or validation where these are needed.
Our role
Arisogno Compliance provides technical compliance consultancy and project coordination. We are not a notified body and do not issue official EU product approvals. Statutory responsibilities remain with the manufacturer and other relevant economic operators.
Commissioning a full package does not automatically appoint Arisogno Compliance as an EU authorised representative, importer, responsible person or EPR representative. Such roles are outside this offer unless separately assessed and expressly agreed.
