Business & Project Terms (B2B)

• Services are offered exclusively to business customers. An enquiry submitted through this website is non-binding and does not constitute an order or engagement. A contract is not formed automatically through the contact form.
• The specific scope and deliverables are agreed individually. The written quotation accepted by both parties is decisive and defines the product, variant, manufacturer, destination markets, languages, assumptions and deliverables for the project.
• The customer provides complete and accurate information, documents, samples where agreed, access to relevant technical information and timely decisions needed for the work.
• Direct manufacturer communication and follow-up are provided within the expressly agreed scope. Arisogno Compliance does not approve expenditure, sign supplier contracts or alter the product on the customer's behalf without authorisation.
• Assessments and completion decisions are evidence-based. Missing tests, unresolved safety issues or incomplete corrective actions may lead to a conditional, non-positive or suspended project outcome.
• Arisogno Compliance is not a notified body and does not issue an official EU approval. A document review cannot replace laboratory testing, physical testing or validation where these are legally or technically required.
• The statutory responsibility of the manufacturer and other relevant economic operators remains unaffected. No appointment as authorised representative, importer, responsible person or other economic operator arises unless separately assessed and expressly agreed.
• Additional variants, redesigns, laboratory or specialist work, translations, registrations and other external services are outside the agreed scope unless separately agreed before they begin.
• Confidential information is used only to the extent necessary for the requested enquiry and agreed project. Separate arrangements may be made for the secure exchange of technical documents.
• Commercial and contractual conditions are agreed individually after the initial consultation in the quotation or contract. This website does not offer online ordering or automatic acceptance of a contract.

We do not promise unlimited future work, and we do not market a full project while hiding a limit that would routinely prevent ordinary gap closure. Material limits are made visible in the quotation.
