Regulation (EU) 2023/988 has applied since 13 December 2024. It provides a safety framework for consumer products, with specific rules on its interaction with sectoral product legislation. Risk analysis, traceability and the information provided to customers are important assessment areas. Selling online does not remove product-safety obligations.

We assess the relevant safety documentation, labels, instructions and online product information and coordinate missing evidence with your manufacturer.
The GPSR does not, by itself, require a CE mark. Product-specific CE legislation must be assessed separately.
